They rudely refused to discuss me, and agreed to do so only after calling the hotel administrator. The restaurant's administrator refused to give the number of his superiors, but instead brought a book for accepting orders. In the morning, they messed up my breakfast in the same place (and this is important to me, I'm an alarmist) and didn't even do anything after that.
