I come to the salon, I apologize for being late, I sit down and they tell me: "we can only do nude" I wanted a different color, but I understand that I was late. Have you decided to check with the master how much time is allocated for the client? The answer is "two hours" followed by "it's not my problem that you're late" the answer was rude. But the behavior of the staff is terrible. The cherry on the cake was the use of a dirty file and cutters that the master did not take out of the kraft bag, then I was shocked. Many times I gave this salon a chance, thinking that maybe it seemed to me and I was wrong somewhere. 2 hours were allocated for the client, the nails were done in 60 minutes, then what was the problem with making the color? After the last visit, I realized that it was time to leave a review.
