Not the scariest place in Cairo. It may look trashy for beginners. But if you have traveled and know what to expect, it is quite an acceptable option for this money in the city center. There is breakfast on the top floor if you really want to. But it's better to buy in a store or eat in a cafe (but it's a strain with cafes, especially in the mornings). In theory, there is everything basic: a bed, a shower, a toilet, a window. Even the view. Not that I would directly stay here again, because it is "very cool", but if it is necessary to stay somewhere in Cairo within the budget, it is quite normal.
