I was driving a minibus with 16 seats from Moscow. The service leaves much to be desired. The air conditioner wasn't working, it was stuffy, hot, and the cabin was full of people. There is little space for luggage. I had to take my 2 bags to the salon, which made it impossible to stretch my legs. The interior itself is old and worn. The minibus stopped on the way a couple of times for a few minutes, it is not clear why, they did not let people out of the cabin, they just stood and drove. Just inconveniences. I do not recommend this company.

Terrible service!!! From the word at all!!! Not only was the bus full of passengers, there was nowhere to put the luggage, the minibus arrived with half the trunk loaded (leftism strengthens not only marriage), an unidentified dog was riding in the cabin, so even when the trunk was opened, my suitcase was dropped and it was damaged. The company is not interested. The issue has not been resolved. Before that, they tore the fabric on the suitcase, now they decided to finish it off. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!! Believe me, there are other carriers!!!!
