The administrators promptly and competently answer all questions regarding the flight. Buses run strictly on schedule, and drivers are always polite and attentive to passengers. I would like to express my special gratitude to the bus drivers who flew on January 11, 2026. Despite the difficult weather conditions and a significant queue at the Russian border crossing, thanks to their professionalism and experience, the flight arrived in Moscow with a slight delay. This allowed us to catch the flight check-in at Sheremetyevo Airport, and safely fly on to our destination.

I was driving a minibus with 16 seats from Moscow. The service leaves much to be desired. The air conditioner wasn't working, it was stuffy, hot, and the cabin was full of people. There is little space for luggage. I had to take my 2 bags to the salon, which made it impossible to stretch my legs. The interior itself is old and worn. The minibus stopped on the way a couple of times for a few minutes, it is not clear why, they did not let people out of the cabin, they just stood and drove. Just inconveniences. I do not recommend this company.

If you are traveling in a minibus (minibus) and you have taken a ticket to the last row, keep in mind that there are 4 seats in the back that can accommodate 4 people at all, you are riding shoulder to shoulder and you can't even dream of falling asleep.
