Сделал заказ №s3-30925 на интернет-сайте компании и оплатил его. Товара в наличии не оказалось и поступление не ожидается. Написал заявление на возрат денежных средств. Деньги не возвращают уже в течение месяца. Менеджеры по вопросу возврата пояснить ничего не могут, отсылают в бухгалтерию. Телефоны бухгалтерии не дают, говорят пишите на электронную почту. Написал несколько писем, ответов на них не поступило.
