I bought a gas stove for my mother, paid 750 UAH for installation and connection.. The "mountain master" drove for two days after the delivery of the gas stove (postponed his arrival several times for various reasons). When he finally arrived, he said that he needed to pay another 300 UAH. for the installation, they refused the services of a "mountain master", called a master from the gas service - installed it for 250 UAH.. For a refund of 750 UAH. I had to go to the store 2 times. Zero support from the hotline, the goal is only to get money for the goods, they do not recognize responsibility for the goods sold and services sold.

The review is more about the entire network than about this store. There are consultants who are not quite up to date with the equipment they sell, they are confused about the characteristics. They especially praise some frankly bad equipment that they really need to sell... I consider Eldorado as an extreme option when what I need is no longer available anywhere else and I go purposefully for a purchase and not for advice.
