An extremely irresponsible enterprise. I had the temerity to order a chandelier on 04/5/2021 through this online store. The order 10712_1 was confirmed by mail, 6.04. they called back and were pleased that the delivery time was a week, instead of the promised 1-2 days on the website. A week passed, and no one called back on the agreed day. On my call, it turned out that the order had not been delivered yet. It will be in 3 days. Three days expire today on 14.04. But again, no one reports anything. They seem to be doing very well, since they have such an attitude towards obligations. Maybe everything is beautiful in their live stores, but the online store is a complete deception:the deadlines do not match, the information about the product is also in the warehouse in Moscow, i.e. there is nothing available here except samples in the live store.
