I brought a Tesla Model 3 2023 from the USA — there were no keys, the certificates were expired, the firmware was fresh (2025). The car was dead weight, no one could help. One master didn't even take it up — he said it was too difficult. I went to ElectroEra (Minsk, Radial 11) — and in 3 hours the guys did everything! Access was restored, the car went, the MCU was not even touched. Well done, real professionals, they were not afraid of a difficult case and brought it to a result. Now everything is working perfectly, I am satisfied! I recommend it to anyone who has problems with Tesla. 👍 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent service, my model 3 caught an imbalance of the battery did not want to charge and the power reserve was cut by 50%, in general, a friend from Gomel advised these guys to diagnose, they sent a photo of the diagnosis to these guys urgently to us :)) the car was on the tow truck the next day they had it :))) in general, the wait languished for a week and the cherished message the car is ready, everything is OK, and I exhaled :)))) many thanks to the service for the work done and saving my money on battery replacement :))

I will tell you a lot.😄 I own a Tesla recently. I found a mistake and started looking for a service where they will explain to me: what it is related to, what it threatens, how to eliminate it. I called a lot of service stations, I stopped at some of them. Through many diagnoses, examinations, consultations, the problem could not be diagnosed, nor, accordingly, solved. Some experts said that "you have to drive until something breaks, but the mistake does not interfere with driving - when it breaks, then come and we will fix it" When I got to electroera, the problem was diagnosed in 10 minutes, solved in another 30, all this for a very modest price. Moreover, it was unsafe to drive with such a problem (hello to individual specialists).😒 I am extremely impressed with the service, quality, and timing. I will be serviced only here.The specialists are very competent, the qualifications are amazing, the prices are juice. I strongly recommend it. 👍
