They installed an intercom on Olesheva Street 3, but they refuse to provide the code, thereby trying to separate the tenants for modernization and then allegedly they will provide each with an individual code. Thus violating the law of R.B. Article 7 On Consumer Protection and Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Housing Code of R.B.
