We work with many organizations, but we have never seen such an attitude. An organization that repairs a simple block for more than 10 days! They can't issue an invoice for a WEEK, there's no one. Wait, the accountant will come back from vacation, then he will write you out! I came back from vacation, but, you see, they can't discharge me now. Maybe tomorrow?! It is almost impossible to get through to the management by landline phones ! Well, what is it? There is a common folk definition on this score - a MESS!

They installed an intercom on Olesheva Street 3, but they refuse to provide the code, thereby trying to separate the tenants for modernization and then allegedly they will provide each with an individual code. Thus violating the law of R.B. Article 7 On Consumer Protection and Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Housing Code of R.B.

An excellent office, it always turns out that you can buy a key to the intercom and a handset for it right on the spot is 2 times cheaper than from merchants. 3 stops total from the Institute of Culture
