Not bad. The hotel is decent, though I would describe it as moderate overall and slightly overpriced for the experience offered.
One notable drawback is the pool area, which is located outside the main hotel building. This setup can be highly inconvenient, especially during the winter months, so it’s worth keeping in mind if you plan to visit during colder seasons.
Additionally, the buffet has a limited selection, with relatively few options available for both breakfast and dinner.
That said, the hotel remains one of the more preferable options among others in the area.

A wonderful hotel, everything is at the highest level, the staff is polite and friendly, the rooms are clean, towels are changed daily, the bed is comfortable and the linen is snow-white cotton. Linen is changed every three days. The room has everything you need: a bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle. Sauna, hammam, salt water pool, super. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The slope is about a kilometer away, transfer every hour. I definitely recommend it!

Friendly staff, delicious breakfasts (sooooo), nice pool, beautiful grounds, 20 minutes on foot from the ski lift, 5 minutes by car. It's a 20-minute walk from the center, as well as from the casino and zip line. The location is perfect! Mountain view. I am grateful for the good memories of my stay.

An excellent hotel for lovers of ski holidays: close to Tsakhkadzor mountain, excellent service, delicious food, cozy atmosphere. I would especially like to note the professionalism of the metrodotel Arsen. In fact, he "closed" all the issues that arise during the stay, i.e. not only in the restaurant, but in general everything. At the reception, there are often just polite people, but highly specialized only on a smile))) It is necessary to solve the issue or move away from the template - stupor. But these are such small things. The transfer to the mountain is clearly scheduled - every hour from 10 to 16. The fence from the mountain is also every hour, the last tranche is at 17:00. And God forbid you not to warn the reception that Yes, you will go at 10 (or 11 or 12, etc.) - they may not bring the car and scold: you need to warn, every hour goes it does not mean that it is enough to get out on time and here it is, no - you need to warn that you will get out. In short, we look above about the reception.
The hotel has a decent swimming pool with a hammam and sauna - towels, slippers are given out, everything is fair. It's true in a detached building, but it's nothing: in slippers and a bathrobe there and back through the restaurant - but why not?! After visiting this place, you will understand what I mean. There is a billiard table on the second floor of the hotel. Russian. Well, it's a sooooo good table. But the cues are poop. It's understandable - it's probably expensive to change.

Great hotel. We had a family vacation for the New Year. Polite staff. We solved the problem with the missing bed for the child. A very cool restaurant with a delicious and varied menu. One of the worst hotels I had to visit, because I sleep during the day, please do not disturb, they knock anyway until you go out to them and tell them not to, it's very cold in the rooms, there is no heating, the neighbors seem to be behind a cardboard wall
But the situation peaked when they cleaned the room and opened the balcony door and closed the curtain, I came at night and did not notice, they had a subzero temperature at night in October, as if I was sleeping outside, maybe I earned meningitis, told the administration about it, asked for compensation, they did not even care, they did not even apologize for the 3 days that I there was also some kind of cheap breakfast offered and that's it, in general, it's not worth going to this hotel, which is also by the way remote from the whole world

I really liked the hotel as a whole. Transfer to the mountains. Good breakfasts. Swimming pool. The hammam. Sauna. What I didn't like: the ski room is combined with a rental car. Very small. And they didn't always turn on the shoe dryer, or they turned it on at a low temperature.

A great place, we stayed with a company. There is a nice swimming pool, as well as a magnificent hammam and sauna. A wonderful breakfast with an excellent buffet. And absolutely terrible rental equipment for skiing and snowboarding.

But the hotel is located in a proposed ski resort, and there is nothing to do here without snow. It was January 5, 2023 - longing! There is a transfer from the hotel to the slope, we went, trampled the mountain, returned.

The rooms are a little shabby (we had a standard), overall I liked it, but the breakfast food is so-so, the service is excellent in this well done. There is a playroom for the child, you can leave the child there and he will be looked after. The pool is clean, but small, and the locker room is very small, it's good that when we went the pool was almost completely free. In general, I advise you, Armenia as a whole is an interesting country for recreation.

Excellent service, the most delicious food in the World from a chef specially discharged from Egypt - Rifat Jan!! Logically located rooms, equipped with perfect furniture (so that you understand - no chips, no scratches), the same dishes, everything is the principled position of the hotel owner. An incredibly beautiful swimming pool with sauna and hammam, the water is immaculately transparent. A shuttle service is provided. Needless to say, Tsakhkadzor was once the main ski resort of the USSR... The Elegant Hotel is its true decoration!

A pleasant hotel, we stayed there for a little less than a week.

The rooms are cozy and spacious, and the decor in general.
Very close to the ski area, there is a trasfer.
There are very cute dogs on the territory of the hotel (they are in aviaries, so do not worry, if you do not like dogs, they are not allowed out)
I ran into a problem! We lived on the 5th floor, the wifi is disgusting! It doesn't catch at all! Neither to call a taxi, nor to write a message, I had to go down!
Another problem is that the singers in the restaurant are incredibly loud, the room is small, and the music is terribly loud((

The reception was empty until the owner of the hotel appeared)) The service is normal, the price tag is too high, well, everything is subjective. There are a lot of paintings in the hotel, it's nice to walk along the corridors, discussing the work of local artists with friends. The staff goes to the meeting in all matters. The menu in the restaurant is delicious, you can order Food in the room. There is a special room with a ski dryer, a transfer to the mountain with a good driver. What is missing is a hook for outerwear in the rooms at the entrance to the room, you have to walk with it to the wardrobe, which is next to the bed.
