She couldn't fit several parts into the box. After packing it all up, I paid for the purchase and happily went home. I was deeply disappointed there. The blender stopped without working for a minute and did not work anymore. Juice from processed fruits began to flow from the base of the bowl through the sealing ring into the engine assembly. 200 grams of peeled bananas became an insurmountable burden. The store explained to me that I need to take the faulty device to a service center and there it will be repaired under warranty within 15 to 45 days. Without waiting for the promised phone call, I showed up at the store 45 days later. But it turned out that I did it wrong. I had to arrive in 45 working days. Weekends don't count. I also had to add 10 days, during which my blender got to the service center. I had to persevere and they promised to give me the blender the next day. They fulfilled their promise. The next day, it was provided to me in the same faulty condition as I ordered it. After 45 days of waiting, the fruit juice that filled the engine bloomed and turned into mold. The contacts, control board, and wiring have oxidized. As a bonus, this blender was taken out of warranty and offered to replace defective parts for an additional fee and most likely wait 2-3 months. I was to blame for the poor quality of the blender! I had no choice but to go to another store where I always used to buy household appliances and buy a blender there. The prices are higher there, but there were no problems with the household appliances purchased there. The same thing happened with the blender. If you do not want to be deceived, sold bullshit, thrown for money, do not shop at the Electron store, avoid it.
