I bought a soundmach column, after two charges the port fell off inside, a new column! I brought it under warranty and was told to contact the service center directly, which serves under warranty! They took a "tipo" for examination and said to fix it for 36p money, the money is not big, but if you take the cost of a 130p column and work, solder the entrance, then it turns out to be a so-so service! And the most striking thing is that the warranty service offers repair services for money, that is, what is the point of fixing the service for free? They will say it's your fault in any convenient situation, fix it with us for money! So then what's the point of buying in a store and not on the market, if I actually send a new speaker to fix it for my own money?🤔

We bought a TV in October 2023 for 4 thousand rubles. byn, when buying, the consultant did not warn that there would be a model from the showcase, he only said that "you need to buy faster, a good offer" and "they are already in stock at a new price", although the price that was at that time was not the lowest on the market, but a "new price" and so on for a couple thousand more expensive than the same model on the Internet. Well, let's omit it.
When inspecting the equipment, they noticed a scratch on the back of the case, to which the consultant said "well, it's not visible from behind," then they examined the screen- OK. BUT when they examined the stand, it was scratched in several places, and it was not a factory defect or the paint lay down like that, namely a juicy scratch, when the TV is already roughly in the box, it was very unpleasant to find such an incident. The mood was spoiled, the nerves were significantly tested. After about 20-30 minutes, the problem was solved by sorting through various options. (But offering a 3-month subscription to TV was ridiculous. )
The rest of the evening was not with a feeling of joy from the purchase, but with unpleasant sensations from the situation and unwillingness to buy something in this store again. (They also did not give out batteries that they THEMSELVES included in our receipt without our knowledge)
A bonus card was also issued upon purchase.

Less than a month later, we bought scales and were told that we had no points. THE QUESTION IS, THEN WHY DID WE WASTE OUR TIME AND FORMALIZE IT??
It seems now we will look for any other way to purchase goods, just not in the Electric Car, and then you never know if something will go wrong again??.

I bought a column, it turned out to be defective, and if for the first time it was at least replaced after long disputes, then for the second time, despite a similar marriage, which was demonstrated to the administrator and with which everyone agreed, they refused to return the money.
As a result, instead of 5 minutes of time, a month was spent on sending goods to the SC, receiving an opinion, challenging the conclusion, and so on. The money was returned anyway, but they have no relation to the buyer, in all matters they are covered by regulations, according to which almost their entire range of goods is non-refundable.
Draw your own conclusions about this network, personally, I don't set foot there anymore
