I want to leave a review about the work of Electrosila employees. It all started with a sales consultant - a young man helped choose a refrigerator, explained everything in detail, did not impose anything unnecessary, just professionally approached the matter. He gave me time to think, didn't breathe into my back. But I want to praise the cashier separately — the girl at the checkout was just great! Smiling, polite, quickly arranged everything, clearly explained about the guarantee (without intimidation and imposition of additional charges).She even offered a package and asked if she needed help with the removal of the goods. It felt like there were people working who cared about the client. Many thanks to the entire staff of this store! Such employees need to be protected.

I want to leave a great and sincere review about Electrosila. First, about the sellers. I came to choose a TV.Consultant Andrey came over right away, told me everything very calmly and in detail. I compared several models, showed the pros and cons, never pressed or tried to sell the most expensive. He answered my questions clearly, it is clear that the person understands technology. I left happy and bought what we had chosen together. And now the most important thing. When it came to extended warranty. To be honest, at first I was skeptical — everywhere they write that this is just an imposition. But the salesman calmly explained: "This is in case the equipment breaks down after the end of the factory warranty. If it doesn't come in handy, we'll refund the money with bonuses." I thought about it and decided to register it. And you know, it saved me after a year and a half! Exactly 2 years after the purchase, the TV stopped working. The factory warranty had already expired by that time. I came to the store and showed them the extended warranty agreement. I was accepted, they applied for repairs, and although the process took some time (about 30 days), in the end the repairs were completely free of charge. Moreover, when the parts were in short supply, I was offered to pay a small amount and replace them with a new model. I agreed, and now I have a great new TV running. Conclusion: the sellers at Electrosila work professionally, and an extended warranty is not a "divorce" if it is properly executed and the conditions are understood. Personally, it was very useful to me and saved a decent amount. Thanks to the store staff for their honest work!
