We bought a smart watch for a child, it lasted less than a year, did not charge, and handed it over to the store under warranty. After the examination, they said that the watch was in good working order, it was about the charger. But since this is a consumable, the store does not sell it and does not change it, buy it yourself. The consultant replied to us, buy on WB, I think this is not a solution to the problem, since I did not come after 5 years with this problem. They bought the same late-order device and at the first charge it melted on the watch. We contacted the store again and told them our problems . The question arises, after checking them, why did the watch melt? They give their guarantees that they will serve , so they turned and what is the result , buy for yourself , these are your problems . Please respond to this review. The desire to contact this store is already disappearing more and more every time.

Today I bought a TV set for my 70-year-old father as a New Year's gift. At first, I was faced with ridicule in my address due to the fact that I took the cheapest and even, as I was told, the Belarusian Chinese assembly with ridicule. It takes a long time to write everything . But it was disgusting to look at these ridicule, I had the feeling that I was buying a used product at all. The consultant did not even understand that the TV was purchased for an elderly person to whom the most important thing is that the channels would go, and not all sorts of bells and whistles there. And my father doesn't care about the Belarusian-Chinese assembly there, or Poland or Egypt.

I want to leave a review and thanks for the work, attentiveness and apperativeness to the girls from the Electrosila store in Baranovichi (Svetilovsky shopping center), namely the head, Ekaterina, Marina and Daria.
Thank you so much for helping to resolve the situation with the confused refrigerator components. I did not hope for a positive outcome, because I bought a refrigerator 4 months ago from an exhibition in another city, and now when installing it turned out that the components were mixed up (the built-in refrigerator and the fasteners to the facade arrived the wrong ones). The girls found the store in a day from which the refrigerator was delivered from the exposition and found the components that were mixed up. In a couple of days, they handed over all the details to the store and told me what could be picked up. Now the owner of a full-fledged built-in refrigerator, although at some point, I thought that I would have to buy this set of parts through a service center, and this is 200 rubles and from 75 days delivery.
