It's a terrible store. I came for Marshall Major V headphones. These are over-ear headphones and they are available from the manufacturer without a film. But the consultant referred to internal rules and did not let them listen to their sound before buying, because it was not hygienic. Although headphones do not need to be inserted into your ears! The complaint is not against the consultant, although he could have been more friendly, but against the store itself, which sets such rules, although the manufacturer of this equipment does not. As a result, I went to the fifth element in the Green, listened to the sound of headphones there and bought them. Negative experience, I will not return to this store.

One star is even a lot, it's a pity that you can't put less. On 12/11/2021, a TV was bought (at that time it was not cheap, 5000 rubles), and an extended warranty was taken. Half a year before the end of the warranty, the TV broke down, there was a problem with the power supply. He was taken to a service in Minsk from Vitebsk twice, for a total of 5 months, and they found nothing. In conclusion, they wrote that the diagnosis of defects did not reveal. Only upon returning, the TV was on for 20 minutes. The question arises, what does the diagnosis include? They've been doing well for 5 months, but I've had 20 minutes and that's it. The third time, they insisted that the service be local, so that the master could fix the malfunction on the spot. Made. We wrote a claim to the store for an extension of the warranty, because the TV was in Minsk for 5 months, they refused, because there was no repair, they gave a 4-month warranty on the part that was changed for the third time. And so it turns out, if they hadn't insisted on a local service, then the third time the diagnostics would not have revealed anything and the end of the warranty. Avoid them, they are not conscientious about their duties, in order to achieve something, you will go to them as a job and demand. Don't set foot in there anymore.
