I immediately went back to the store. An hour has passed since the purchase. I asked to check, but it didn't work out. The girl just took her away and she was gone for a long time. When she came, I heard, "It's working, I checked it, steam is coming." When I asked her to check, she said, "I've already poured the water." We went again. They turned it on with me and the steam is very small, in addition, the device whistles. I asked for a change, and I brought it every day. At first, they refused me the "It works, steam goes" shopping mall. I was offered to look with another less powerful model, turning on steam much more than in my purchase with a higher steam supply. I disagreed and insisted that the device was defective. During all this time, the girl never behaved professionally, it was pressure, hitting, disrespect. They said they would send it to the service and then. Although I understand if it was the next day, but I brought it literally an hour later, I asked to change it. I was refused until I asked for a refund. But there were problems here too. The girl demanded checks from me, asked incorrect questions "What did you do with them, did you throw them away?" "We won't return them without a check." I already offered an electronic one, but they refused me, although I didn't have to present the check. She left to call someone and, without explaining anything, demanded my full name. Realizing that they could still make a refund (although they had previously proved to me that they couldn't), they gave me the papers to sign. And I don't really understand, I'm not a brawler, I patiently asked what to do and listened to them. I didn't ask for a complaint book, although it was worth it.
