A store where the customer is appreciated and tech-savvy! I immediately noticed how the staff treated customers: without being intrusive, but with a willingness to help. The consultant (unfortunately, I didn't remember the name) asked in detail what I was looking for, for what tasks, and offered several options. No pressure, just clear arguments and comparisons. It is clear that the sellers know the product inside and out. When I was in doubt between the two models, the consultant honestly described the pros and cons of each. It's rare to see this now! The extended warranty is a big plus: the equipment is expensive, but here they promise support even after the factory deadline. The prices were pleasantly surprised — for example, for the same equipment that I looked at elsewhere, it was 10-15% cheaper here. This is a store if you want to safely choose equipment without aggressive sales and with real help. After the purchase, I had the feeling that I would come back here again: both because of the service and because of the pleasant prices. Thanks to the team!
