I do not know how it turns out this way, but it is with this store that I always have some problems…
And it was after visiting this store that I developed a negative attitude towards the entire network, and for several years I almost completely switched to their direct competitors. But as they say, what happened was. Recently, Electrosila began to please with good discounts and slowly I began to make certain orders in this network. But I usually did it online, and the store was needed for pickup. I mainly used the store for export in the Open (by the way, there are no complaints about them).
And here is my next purchase on this network, and it so happened that the nearest point where the product is available for pickup is an electric saw on Globo. Nothing foreshadowed trouble, and I went to pick it up.
I went up to the first consultant, showed him the code to receive, and we went to the computer to look for the order. The process of "consultation" immediately began: why I chose this particular brand, it was better to choose another (specific!), etc. I said that I was satisfied with this model and this manufacturer. In parallel, they began to cram the notorious insurance / additional guarantee into me. I immediately said that I was not interested in this, but I still had a couple of attempts.
Ok, we found the product, we go to register, another consultant came up and began to offer that other specific brand! He said everything is OK, it suits me. Then a third one came up with the words "for this money you can choose better options", of course this is the best one from the other manufacturer. I said that everything is OK, I am satisfied with what I have chosen. Here this individual rolled his eyes like that ... and with such a facial expression, like I'm a complete moron, honestly I could barely restrain myself from responding to this reaction. Immediately, another consultant appeared, who began to tell me that my chosen manufacturer was already doing substandard things and she herself was faced with this and it was better for me to listen and choose exactly that particular manufacturer.
In short, somehow straying from the "consultations", I paid for what I chose and what I wanted.
Oh, yes, I almost forgot, I was openly told a lie about the manufacturing material. I said that it was written on your website, but they told me something indistinct about the inscriptions and the conversation faltered. I did not argue, because indeed the information may be incorrect.
Already at home I wrote to the service for clarification and they confirmed that the information on the site is correct, which means they lied to me in the store.
As a result, what I don't like about this particular store is the lobbying of individual manufacturers. Well, that is, you are not given advice as such, you are being processed to sell a certain product from a certain manufacturer. The story told is not an isolated incident. They always have this when I'm interested in something. The second is the promotion of "additional guarantees". I understand that it is necessary to sell these pacifiers, but if they openly say that they are not interested in it.... this is a guarantee, then you need to be smarter and not provoke a negative. Third, there is no need for market stories in the style of a good thing, I bought myself, mom, dad, etc. only specific information and a couple of products to choose from with an explanation of the positive and negative qualities of a particular model.

07/16/2023 I bought the Braun is7156bk ironing system, together with the system, the manager sold an additional package of services under the Garantservice program, justifying the expediency of the purchase by saying that I will receive not only a guarantee for defects and breakdowns, but also maintenance in the form of cleaning the iron 1 time a year for 3 years. With a steam system, they say it is necessary to do this, and it will not be profitable to call a master or take the iron for cleaning on a one-time basis. As a result, I purchased this additional package of services for 115p. As a result, I applied for cleaning a year later and was refused. They justified this to me by the fact that the ironing system does not fit those services for the purchased package of services, although the annex to the contract clearly states otherwise, no exceptions are specified, they said that the exceptions are written in the contract itself, which I do not have on hand. Посчастливилось посетить данный магазин. Был приятно удивлён оказанным сервисом обслуживания. Не успеваешь войти в магазин, как тебя приветствует персонал, все готовы помочь, рассказать и наглядно продемонстрировать тот или иной товар. Покупали кухонную машину KENWOOD PROSPERO+ KHC29.W0SI. Были в магазине сегодня, покупали электрический чайник. Остановили свой выбор на чайнике фирмы polaris. Красивый стеклянный чайник по доступной цене. Понравилась в нём подсветка и необычная технология налива воды, она оказалась очень удобной, ведь не нужно теперь держать крышку, пока наполняешь емкость. Покупкой довольны, молодому консультанту спасибо за помощь в выборе.

Покупали в магазине беспроводной пылесос Polaris PVCS 4000.Причем когда заходили даже не планировали покупку ,но консультант Олег убедил ,порекомендовав эту модель .Покупкой довольны чрезвычайно, пылесос превзошел ожидания по всем ключевым параметрам: мощность , маневренность,удобство чистки контейнера и многое другое. Благодарим консультанта Олега за отличную презентацию.

Покупали монитор и ноутбук. Оформляли самовывоз из магазина. Очень понравились продавцы, которые консультировалии по нашему заказу. Долго находились в магазине, приятная атмосфера и персонал весь, с которым взаимодействовали доброжелательный. Нас консультировал Кузнецов Михаил. Все очень подробно и ненавязчиво рассказал о моделях, которые мы выбрали, предложил аналогичные модели для сравнения, подсказал, на что обращать внимание,проверил всю технику, комплектующее, аккуратно упаковал все.
Очень приятно, когда работают такие специалисты, мы были в магазине 3 часа и все это время сотрудники уделяли нам внимание и отвечали на наши вопросы.
Михаилу моментами помогал Никита.
Вышли довольными, с покупками.

От магазина сегодня офигел. Парень на кассе по моему перепутал свое место в этом мире.
Стоял за девушкой в очереди покупал пакеты для пылесоса. С девушкой он общался нормально. Когда дошла очередь до меня начал грубить на ровном месте. Мотивировал тем что я не услышал то что он спрашивает не про бонусную карту а про карту которой буду рассчитываться. А я его "величество" видите ли не расслышал.
На просьбу сменить тон общения на нормальный при общении с клиентом вместо извинений начал что то там еще доказывать. Очень жалею что не оставил жалобу. Спешил в другое место.
Такого колхоза я даже на рынке не встречал.
Информация для администрации.
Был 10.09.2022 около 11.00 утра. Покупал пакеты для пылесоса. Чек на 9.90р.
P.S.
До этого покупал там много товара. Духовые шкафы Bosch. Телефоны. Газовые панели Bosch. Телевизоры. Стиральные машины. С таким общением больше там деньги тратить не собираюсь что бы ими не платили зарплату не адекватным продавцам.

В магазине представлены как последние модели, так зарекомендовавшие себя предыдущее. Есть выбор из разного ценового сегмента.
Много акционных цен на качественный товар, на который также распространяется и рассрочка.
Быстрое одобрение рассрочки (5- 7 минут).
Приобретала блендер и утюг фирмы Braun. Спасибо Касакевич Яне и Ермольчик Виктории за консультацию и помощь в выборе модели под мои задачи. Рассказали про возможности, плюсы модели, как работает, про гарантию.

Обслуживание ужасное! Хотела купить холодильник. Очень долго пыталась найти свободного продавца, хотя кроме меня в магазине почти никого больше не было. Очень сильно были слышны крики мата из служебных помещений магазина. А когда продавец подошёл, было видно, что он не хотел идти. На все вопросы отвечал "мг, да, наверное". С выбором не помог никак, хотя это его работа! Очень видно как пытаются продать товар только одного бренда, не предлагая другие вовсе. После недолгого общения, продавец ушёл потому что его позвала заведующая магазина. Это просто унизительно и не простительно! Ужасное поведение продавцов и отвратительное отношение заведующей магазина к покупателям!!!
Были хорошие надежды на данный магазин. Но после такого обслуживания, даже если это будет последний холодильник в Беларуси, я сюда никогда не вернусь!!!
