I was in this "store" on December 31, I had to buy a gift for my wife (a hair iron). Of the 3 consultants in the hall, no one could even advise which iron, 2 did not fit at all, the consultant who had been working there for no more than 2 months handled everything, although we did not know the product. we found a better iron through Google, and it happened after 30 minutes, because we were waiting for a "miracle" consultant who would help us, I do not recommend it.

I bought a Yandex station that stopped working on the third day of use. At the store, I was initially offered to take it to the service center on my own.🤯 The contract specified the exchange for a new one. As a result, the store did not have one, they did not offer any alternative, they only sent it from one employee to another. As a result, I had to take the product with an additional payment. There wasn't even a verbal apology for the inconvenience.
