We were planning to buy an Apple watch, which is located behind the showcase, we wanted to try it on, but we were told that it was too expensive). Employees climb when they don't need to, but when they really need help, no one will help you. Fortunately, there are other customer-oriented stores in this shopping center where experts can hear the customer and provide really good advice.

I bought a TV at the end of December. The girls in the loan processing and delivery department work the nicest. Polite, friendly communication, even a file for documents was offered. Delivery the next day in a two-hour interval (delivered a little earlier than the agreed time interval). But the consultant's work raised questions. In addition to the fact that the consultant misinformed me about the type of backlight in the TV, the negative attitude of the employee towards a particular brand was very noticeable. Moreover, this was manifested not only in critical statements about the TVs of this brand, but also in demonstrating their attitude to the brand's smart home system. As a result, I was very dissatisfied with the operating system of the purchased TV and the built-in voice assistant, which does not perform its functions at all. But I didn't have the time or the mood to bother with a refund before the new year, so I had to spend extra money on buying a smart set-top box from another brand.
