I bought headphones at this store. when they were put on their heads, their shower head burst. I went to the store to buy jbl headphones, but the sales consultant persuaded me to take others (BASEUS BOWIE H1) they were too small for my head (it seems to me that this is the reason for the breakdown), but because of this they sat tightly on my head without missing unnecessary sounds, I then thought that this was how it should be. The warranty was denied because the failure was due to a "violation of the operating rules" (apparently, the headphones were not supposed to be used on the head). the headphones, apparently, were not disassembled, the shower was examined externally and that's it, although they show that in the "channels" that are cut into the shower so that the headphones bend, there are traces of kinks on them, i.e. the plastic there is very dense, I do not know if it is a marriage or not, but it looks strange. The only complaint against the store is that the consultant persuaded them to buy goods of the same price category but Chinese, otherwise everything was cultural and good. Nevertheless, the overall impression is spoiled.
