The staff at the store are great fellows, my family and I have been buying appliances there for more than 13 years, but unfortunately we faced a situation: we bought a refrigerator for 4239p, ordered delivery from the store for 25p, brought a refrigerator to 3 men who brought the refrigerator into the entrance, refused to bring it in the door, started talking about what he won't fit in, that you need to pay them extra money or give them your hands, for disassembling the refrigerator or removing the doors, we measured the doorway, the refrigerator with a margin of 8 cm fit perfectly, the men began to be rude, threatening that they would leave the equipment in the corridor, to which the frightened buyer refused, the men took the refrigerator and took it away. the buyer had to contact the store, pay 25p again, and ask for help from "familiar people" who helped. Two days later, the same 3 men brought a refrigerator, unpacked it in the presence of other people, including a Lawyer/Lawyer, and brought the refrigerator in without any disassembly. The buyer intends to go to court, the damage of the damaged products will be notified in court + moral damage and incompetence of the workers.
