We ordered a washer-dryer through a website with pickup from this store. When confirming the order by phone, I asked the operator if the purchase could be made in installments. The operator confirmed it. Next, the operator suggested adding an extended warranty. I refused it. That was the end of the conversation, the order was safely placed. After 5 days, when they arrived at the store to pick up the goods, the staff began to impose an extended warranty. It was said in plain text that allegedly the registration of an extended warranty is a prerequisite for the registration of installments. When they received a hard refusal and an indication that their words contradict the words of the operator and the initial conditions of ordering, when they were asked to "call the management and clarify," the position and "rules" changed very sharply. Without any calls and clarifications, it became possible to arrange the goods in installments without an extended warranty. In my opinion, employees are engaged in deceiving customers and imposing additional unnecessary services.
