I want to share my repeated positive experiences with Electrotherapy. This time, I had a problem with the central lock: it stopped working, and it became inconvenient for me to open and close the doors. During the diagnosis, the specialist quickly determined that the problem was a faulty lock control unit. The car electrician explained in detail how the repair would take place and offered several solutions to the problem. We chose to replace the unit because it was the most reliable option. The work was completed in the shortest possible time, and after a couple of hours I was able to use the central lock again without any problems. They also answered all my questions in an understandable language (as a girl, this is very important to me!) and they gave useful tips on car maintenance. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for an experienced and reliable car electrician!

It's not nice to write about my competitors like that, I didn't specify the brand of my car anywhere, so how do you know if it was recorded or not? Each of us faces moments when he feels the need to protect his own achievements, however, to belittle the achievements of others is to reduce the value of his own.
I recently had a problem with the electronics in my car, and I turned to an auto electrician hoping for a quick solution. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing.
Firstly, when I came to the service, I was greeted without proper attention. I explained the situation — problems with the battery and electrics in general — but after a short examination, the specialist said that he would not be able to help me at the moment and advised me to contact another master. I was surprised and upset because I was hoping for professional help here.
Moreover, the car electrician not only refused to help, but also did not even try to find out in more detail what exactly the problem was. It seems like he wasn't interested in solving my problems, or maybe he just wasn't qualified enough to do it. I spent time on the road and waiting, but, alas, it was all in vain.
This attitude towards customers is very disappointing. I understand that every specialist has the right to choose their work tasks, but basic polite communication and a desire to help, even in case of refusal, would be appropriate. As a result, I was left without help and with distrust of this service.
As a result, I do not recommend this car electrician. If you need a solution to a car problem, looking for a master who will show more interest and professionalism will be a more reasonable solution.
