Everything is good in this store: a selection of outerwear, accessories, and discounts. Except there's an eternal junk dump in the lobby in front of the "main" hall. The quality of the Elema is not bad, but now pellets are appearing faster on coats (expensive ones).

I like coats, hats and scarves. They look very stylish; I couldn't find it in other stores. In general, Elema is already like a family store. My grandmother worked in a factory as a foreman, and it was she who brought me here for the first time. I remember it took a long time for the consultant to please me with the coat, but she did.).. after an hour of running around the gym in search of the "right" model for me. We were looking for outerwear. The choice was made on a coat, which, according to the consultant, was not the right size. We went to another store in the chain, where we were told that the right size was in this store. Moreover, they could simply adjust the height of the thing we needed, which, of course, was not offered to us either. We had to return to this store again the next day (we have already contacted another consultant. It was a young guy who immediately looked at the item in the warehouse and brought it- thanks to him). I didn't like the attitude of the sales consultants in this store. They are not interested in customers. There is no need to dance with tambourines, but when you are asked to show a specific thing and offer something else, be kind and pay attention. Maybe it's just our bad luck.. the man's mood was like this.. We still bought a coat.

A large selection of last year's coat models and free repair of purchased clothes here or in another store of the chain. But sellers are something. It's good that we were served by an age lady, so she did well. Everyone else is a nightmare. Either the buyer doesn't care or it's a gross imposition. Young people have problems with the Russian language too. Parking is a problem on a weekday. It's good that we chose the model ourselves on the website in advance. I didn't know they had a fabric store there.

I looked at the website that has my size. I specially went to the store on Trostenetskaya Street to buy a dress. In the store, I immediately approached the consultant and asked for my size and height. We went to the warehouse and brought my size, but not my height. I asked for a change from the same consultant (Olga seems to be), but the queue ran up and she started punching through the customers' goods and asked to wait. OK. 1 buyer, 2 buyer, but I couldn't stand 3 anymore.Why should I wait for everyone in front of me if I originally came before the others, but they didn't bring me what I asked for? The consultants in the store work to save the customer's time.

I was told that there are such trousers in another store on Mayakovsky. Can't you order from the factory? No, the seller answers, we sell what the commodity expert considers necessary to sell. Absurd.... The warehouse at the factory is full of goods, and it is difficult to deliver goods to the company store through the fence. They offered to order the product they liked through the online store, but the delivery is 10 rubles. That is, if I just try on the product and it doesn't fit me, then I still have to pay 10 rubles. And the color scheme of the product is just "creepy" - it's some kind of carnival... Why Belarusians should wear all this. Where are the classic style goods?
