Feedback for the management and founders. Hire competent, customer-oriented and non-lazy staff. On 27.09 at 15:00 I was in your store and wanted to buy a coat. Served by 2 young ladies... They talked rudely, and there was no talk of being friendly at all. No one asked if the model was suitable, no one suggested a different size... they talked without turning their heads. Because of such incompetent sellers, you have 100% lost profits and image damage. Maybe I'm spoiled with customer service, but that shouldn't be the case in sales nowadays.
