According to numerous recommendations, we decided to visit this place, but, unfortunately, expectations and reality differed greatly. The kitchen turned out to be a complete disappointment.
To begin with, there was a hair in one of the ordered salads. When we asked if they would definitely redo the dish instead of adding the rest to the same salad, the waitress grinned and said that "they don't do that." It's a very strange reaction for an institution that positions itself on the same level. As a result, at the end of the day, my friend, who tried this "wonderful" salad, got food poisoning.
The troubles didn't end there. For such an incident (which in any self-respecting place is at least accompanied by an apology, discount or compliment from the institution), they did not even think to correct the situation or somehow make amends.
To be honest, we greatly overestimated this institution. We thought it would be a pleasant experience, but the cuisine and the attitude towards customers leave much to be desired. We definitely won't come back here again and we won't recommend it to anyone.

The restaurant's cuisine was completely disappointing.
We took for two:
🫕 poke with shrimp — 30 rub;
🫕 beef tartare with hash browns — 30 rub;
🫕 cheese risotto with burnt beef — 36 rub;
Salad with beef, basil sauce and kimchi (air element) — 24 rub;

Poke with shrimp is a bowl of incongruous products: rice, shrimp (4 pieces) in mango sauce, a handful of roasted peanuts, a bunch of canned soy sprouts (who tried it, understands that this thing is just very much an amateur), a bunch of raw carrots and an absolutely gigantic amount of pickled ginger. It's the worst I've ever seen How could it even be put in one bowl? The funny thing is that everything is better on the menu with sweet sauces.: sometimes with mango, sometimes with passion fruit, sometimes with sweet chili... And it would be fine if it was delicious. Then there would be no questions. But no...
hashbrown tartare is a complete failure. As a tartare lover, I wanted to try something new and unusual. As a result, I tried a completely unbalanced dish: dry hash brownies (who doesn't know, hash browns are, roughly speaking, potato pancakes), 2 tablespoons of beef, capers, red onion and parmesan. Did you also want to drink after reading this incredible composition? I'm still surprised how this dish of the gods could be cooked so badly. 😭
Salad with beef, basil sauce and kimchi is a cold salad. It's an interesting serving under the dome, but it tastes VERY weak and bland. We definitely need another gas station or something else to focus on. He's not here right now, the salad is tasteless.
Cheese risotto with burnt beef — nothing memorable. Definitely not worth the money.
Tangerine tea — even here they managed to screw up. Actually, we wanted to take a berry one, but it wasn't there. There was no crimson either. And there was also no blackcurrant. In short, we took the one that was: bittersweet tangerine tea.

We were a late-night company. The search engine gave out as one of the few places working at this time where you can have dinner. The choice of food is not great, but it turned out to be delicious and cooked quickly enough. The choice is not big, but the easier it is to decide. The staff is very polite. Only beer (bottled) was taken from the drinks. They did not take a hookah, because they were with children (teenagers). There was no music (probably because it was already late). 2 more companies were sitting, playing board games (provided by the restaurant), smoking hookah. It is not recommended to go to the gym with children precisely because of the hookah.

It's a good place. A pleasant, calm atmosphere.
What about hookahs:
- There is an interesting hookah park.
- a large selection of tobacco, which not everyone has. From light to strong on a cigar leaf.
- Getting into the fortress is always as you ask.
- The prices for something are higher than others, but the quality is also consistent.
There are no problems with hookahs.
There are a lot of seats, there is a summer veranda.
The cocktail and alcohol menu is large, they can make it according to the recipe.
There is parking, but not much, while one lane is being repaired (April/May 2023) there are more places.
Booking by phone, if there are no seats, the guys call back if they appear.
There is also a kitchen, I didn't order it, I can't say anything.

Let's put it this way, briefly and to the point, as for any food in this institution, I have not ordered anything yet, but from the people I have heard from, just friends/ acquaintances, there are no problems with food, the menu is rich, there is plenty to choose from. The alcohol card is a straight card, many positions by type of alcohol, as well as many cocktails and varieties, for example Whiskey, they can also make something by order “Author's” from non-alcoholic, standard, lemonades, soda, etc., etc.
Interior.
It is decorated in bright colors, beautifully furnished, a separate bar and separate tables for guests. There is a lot of space, it is comfortable in the institution. Mostly dominated by
Staff and customer orientation.
In principle, everything is fine here, what is the price in the institution and the attitude of the staff to the client, everything is neat, polite, call back if anything, you can always negotiate. KM knows everything, they can suggest something and keep the conversation going, which is nice.
Hookah cravings.
Cannon-firecracker-rocket-fire, the guys have interesting hookahs in the park. The inventory is also pleasing.
The guys have a choice of tobacco for every taste, color, desire, mood, etc. from the lightest to the strongest on a cigar leaf.
They are hammered into the fortress of the hookah, as you order, it has never been easier or stronger. Also, if you wish, if you don't like some kind of bowl, I can score on another one. If the clogging is optional, then it turns out delicious and interesting.
Parking and all that.
The institution also has a summer veranda nearby, there is paid parking, but (4/2023) there is repair going on and so far there are more places and no one takes money for parking, but as luck would have it, parking is parking, but parking is prohibited around it, but because of all the same repairs, one lane is filled with cars.
Prices for menus and hookahs are not much higher than average and then not for everything, the price fork for hookah differs by a maximum of +- 10p (~300p) roughly speaking about nothing

We were walking with a friend, accidentally stumbled upon this bar, decided to take a look. We were greeted in a friendly manner. They asked for a table, but said they could only offer a bar, referring to table reservations. We didn't really want to, but we understood that it was Saturday and most likely everything was really busy. The service was good, the food arrived quickly. The dishes themselves are delicious. I liked the cocktails both in strength and taste. The bartenders were polite, but sometimes they were annoying by asking every 10 minutes if everything was okay. This is practiced in institutions, but not in the same number)))) If you constantly interrupt the guests during the conversation and ask the same question, it does not mean that you will sell more or win over the guest better. We stayed in the restaurant for about 1.5 hours. And by the Gods, no one came to the "armored" tables. They asked for literally an hour and a half (as it turned out). Either the receptionist was too lazy to clarify the reservations, or they chose an easier tactic because not many guests agree to sit at a noisy bar.

I want to know what I'm going to drink and what's included in each cocktail. The situation with hookahs is also unclear. We ordered a hookah, the hookah itself is good, but why didn't they bring water, in any institution there is a glass of water to the hookah, I don't understand why this institution didn't take care of it. The waiter did not come up for a long time, the dishes are cooked for a long time with an almost empty hall, the same situation with hookahs, they did it for a long time, once they came to change the coals, after half an hour it began to taste bitter

Upd: We arrived six months later, they keep the bar. Very tasty hookahs, slightly more expensive due to the summer period, but the quality is chic. One of the best establishments in Minsk that I have ever met. First of all, I want to note that the guys have two printed menus: the menu of the kitchen with drinks and a cocktail list, which indicates about two hundred (!) cocktails - both classic and original. And if you want something off the menu, it's enough to tell the guys to the bartenders. If they have such ingredients, they will be able to cook at your request. And if something is missing, then they will pick up the most similar. I was pleasantly surprised by the 15% discount if you are located behind the bar.

We celebrated my birthday in this restaurant.
The atmosphere is great, the staff was friendly. There was a fly in my wine glass, I was calmly replaced and did not have to find out anything. Congratulations from the institution with a piece of delicious cake. The hookah maker made a hookah according to our preferences, but it seemed too strong to us.
There was a mosquito inside the restaurant from hookahs, which was even a little bad. After we moved to a table on the veranda, it felt great.

The place I'm sure of is 10/10
If there is a need to spend an evening of any format in a good place, I always go to the Elementum, because I know that it is great there: great food, lots of drinks, excellent interior, hookahs can be singled out separately - exceptional work of the master and a lot of flavors.
I also praise the administrators, because even during rush hour they meet you halfway and help you find a place. Well, the work of the waiters is perfectly evidenced by the fact that they know the entire menu thoroughly (and it is quite large).
After visiting this place, there is always a feeling of a good life, it's worth it 😁
