I visited several salons, but it was the salon <Elena> that left the most pleasant impressions. The consultants are real professionals: they patiently listened to the suggestions, offered good options and helped to make a choice. The fittings took place in a comfortable environment, and all issues were resolved instantly. The dress turned out to be exactly as I imagined! Thank you so much for your hard work!

We have been buying dresses in this salon since childhood, when we were children, we bought a dress for a godmother's wedding, then a dress for a competition, where it made a splash, and of course now the wedding dress itself. Always polite and competent service,assistance in choosing a dress, initially they ask about a reasonable price, then they recommend dresses. The dresses are always at the highest level. If I could put 0 stars, I would. I strongly do not recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for respectful attitude and support while choosing an outfit. If you want your preferences to be appreciated, it's better to look for a more responsive and friendly place. I ran out of this salon in tears, hoping to find a dress for a happy moment in my life.

+a sociable salesperson - They absolutely do not hear your criteria and wishes, I show those dresses that are 2 times more expensive than the amount that you announced. A large surcharge for fitting the dress (reshaping) + 30% or more of the cost. There was a feeling that they want to earn more from you, they don't care about anything. Terrible service and attitude. Not lazily photographing is a big minus for me because I flattened the dresses alone and I can't show anyone how it looks.

At first they promise one thing for the price and materials, then either the quality is worse or the price is higher. The timing is generally terrible! We agreed on one date - we gave it away much later (the day before the wedding itself)!!!
