I had a tooth removed from a private dentist because I was in a lot of pain, but it was a day off and no one was working.My gums are swollen and sore, and the consultant made an appointment with the dentist downstairs, just to take a picture and consult on the picture.When I went to the appointment, the dentist asked where they pulled it out, and after I said that I had a private one, he said go to him, I won't take you.I'm only telling me the picture.He says I'll take a picture, but I won't give it to you.And I won't be "poking around," as he put it.I'm telling you, I didn't ask you to poke around.After they took the picture, I asked if I should take some pills.He says you ask the one who pulled the tooth out.That was the end of the reception.I go downstairs, the consultant girl tells me that 2,000 tenge is due for payment.I ask for what, she says for the picture and for the consultation.I say that I wasn't even consulted.She says 1000tg for the picture then.I say they didn't even give it to me.She says I should have taken a picture.She took my phone, went to take a picture, brought it back.I paid 1,000. I understand everything, no one wants to fix someone else's work, but it's not good to almost kick them out of the office and not politely respond to clients.I didn't ask for "poking around."I needed a hand-held photo (after all, I paid for it) and, if possible, a consultation.

And also, many thanks to Dr. Ruslan Bazarbaevich Bazarbai for the consultation and dental treatment. The service is at the highest level, very comfortable, clean, beautiful, cozy. All doctors and staff are very polite, friendly, friendly. When you come to the clinic, it feels like you're visiting your best friends.
