Before the holiday, we reached an agreement with the Elite Billiard company on the price and delivery for the billiard table. In particular, it was clearly communicated to us that the shipment will be made in the first week after the holiday. However, after the holiday, no deliveries were made neither on the promised date nor during the 14 days that have passed over it. More importantly, not even a single information was provided by the company during this process. We had to follow the process completely with our search. Due to this delay, we experienced a serious loss of earnings as a business. Moreover, during the waiting period, the table price was increased and our grievance doubled. Unfortunately, we did not see a proactive and solution-oriented approach in communication with the company owner Bilal Bey. The most critical issues for a commercial enterprise are to keep your word and inform the customer on time. I have experienced serious shortcomings in both of these issues. My experience is unfortunately negative. I recommend that those who are thinking of working take this situation into account.
