I'll leave my feedback: today I made an appointment for a certain time in the afternoon, called in 2-3 minutes, said I was on my way and would be there soon. As a result, I arrived, there is another car at the car wash that has just arrived. "Wait 10-15 minutes" is the cleaner's response.
I asked the receptionist how it was, made an appointment in advance, arrived as agreed, and as a result, such a meeting… They were talking about something. In the end, he gave up and left also because, as in such a movie, "you saw what a face there is" of the cleaner. You never know, they'll "wash" something else....

This is not the first time we visit this car wash on Alibegova, as it is conveniently located for us.
Previously, there were also issues with service and customer orientation, but we tried to turn a blind eye. For example, for a long time we were not told that there was a waiting area inside, we just waited outside, standing in the heat of + 30, forgot to wash the mats, waited for about an hour, although the usual time for such a sink is 30 minutes. It is also worth saying that we always took the same set of services- washing outside, mats, openings in the cabin. (Excuse me, who remembers the exact name of the service complexes?) This service has always cost 35 rubles.
But today, the service surprised me more than ever.
We planned to wash the car as usual and to the question of the maintenance staff - "how will we wash it?", we replied: "there is dust and mats outside and inside the cabin." To the clarifying question - "complex?" - we answered "well, yes," meaning, of course, an ordinary sink, which, as it later turned out, is called Standard, and under the Complex they sold us, of course, an "Elite complex", worth 2 times higher than the usual one. When we asked about the price, and why such a car wash was done in the end, the staff reacted perplexedly, generally pretending that we were fools.
Intentionally or not, the phrase "elite complex" was silent about the word "elite" and did not specify that this is a more expensive service - the question remains open. However, the answer is obvious to us.
We recommend avoiding this car wash, because even regular customers, in pursuit of short-term benefits, are trying to impose more expensive services.
It may be unprofitable for the staff to do a car wash for 35p and thus the service is trying to get rid of such customers.

We washed the complex in 27 minutes , surprisingly without jambs ) we worked in 3 hands . It is convenient that the car can be seen on camera in the waiting room.
