The two of them were doing/discussing something at the checkout. Even after that, the consultant didn't come right away. She gave me some glasses to try on. I started asking about the more expensive ones, and they reluctantly told me a few words about them, but they wouldn't let me try them on. The prices turned out to be much higher than the marketplaces, discounts on the second pair to buy at least more expensive than the MP, but not much, they did not have (I asked). In the end, I told my wife to look at the glasses number, to which the consultant said, "We don't allow you to look at glasses numbers," lol. And then, the goats are like that, they measure them, but they buy them online. So make the prices normal so that you don't overpay 20%-30%. That's not 5%. What? Rent from you? What do I care about your rent? We were in a bunch of different opticians that day (they are like dirt in Gomel) and this attitude was only here. Offline retail has its own battlefield - it's the attitude towards the customer, but for some reason you don't want to play on it. Resenting a customer for not wanting to overpay for a mediocre service won't help your business in your situation. As a result, the glasses have already been ordered on the MP. I think we did everything possible to buy them here, but I don't see any point in overpaying 96 rubles just like that.
