Good but need upgrade

I recently stayed at the Elite Hostel and I want to share my impressions. It was an amazing place to stay! The hostel is very clean and cozy, with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. The rooms have enough space and comfortable beds, which allows you to relax well after a busy day.
I would like to mention the common areas separately – the kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary, and the recreation area is very comfortable and has communication with other guests. Wi-Fi works flawlessly, which is also a big plus.
The location of the hostel is just perfect – there are many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby, and the main attractions can be quickly reached on foot or by public transport.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and recommend the Elite Hostel to anyone looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation. I will definitely come back here on my next visit to the city!

I had to stay in a hostel for a couple of nights. Quite a decent hostel, clean bed, adequate neighbors in the room, convenient location of the hostel. There is a kitchen, a shower, a bathroom - everything is clean and tidy. Helpful staff!
I recommend it to everyone!

"elite" is just a name. I don't understand where the score is 8.6. We took a double room with 1 bed, consisting of two single rooms that were constantly moving away.
The bed linen was normal, the room was clean.
But, what is most outrageous, this is some kind of wall opposite the bed, through which the office is an office where the staff periodically rests at any time of the day . Absolutely everything is audible, as if there were no wall. The film will definitely not protect you from the light when you like to sleep in the dark. This is terrible, comrades.
The toilets and showers are separate, the inside of the women's rooms was clean.
I would like to improve the condition of the door handles and come up with something with a wall in the room.

, they just evicted you three days in advance without returning the payment for 3 days, for a place of 2500. as a result, I lost 7500 for no good reason. Yes, there was a mess on the bed. But I only came in after twelve and I was evicted.

The horror! Run guys, run away from here! I was checked out at the checkout, the money was not returned, I moved out 4 days before my reservation, stink, dirt, unsanitary conditions, horror! At 12 o'clock the door closes - you will not even go out to smoke, the staff is rude, in general, do not stay here even for an hour, this hostel has spoiled my impressions of Nur Sultan very much, but fortunately I have now moved to a decent place, everything is super!

We booked a room at the Booking office.
We came to check in, they told us the room was occupied and that's it.
Someone extended it on the spot, but booking reservations are not a priority for them and they cannot close reservations, they do not know how to use this system.

The most terrible hostel where we lived.the administrator cursed almost from the threshold, the residents are permanent from some villages , yelling , swearing , fighting .the cleaner opens the doors to the rooms and shouts obscenities .they moved into a room and after 2 hours were moved to another room, screaming.Agashek, they send a three-letter letter.What kind of hangout is this anyway?

Clean hostel, Snow-white bed linen. Wonderful staff!! I lived for 2 weeks, and felt homely, all the neighbors were super!! The staff generally became like aunts. And the door is open around the clock!
