The workers themselves don't treat the machines very well. While the car is being washed, the owner sits inside and watches on cameras what people are doing there. Using my example, I've seen a couple of times how doors were just slammed with force. The body wasn't washed everywhere. There are a lot of flaws for that kind of money.
