The location is excellent, in the very center. There is a park nearby, a very beautiful mosque, and there is a place to walk. They settled in quickly, even very quickly! To our amazement, they didn't ask for any identification documents, we gave them the money (cash tenge), the room code and Wi-Fi, that's it!- go check in. We arrived by car from Russia, when booking, we were assured that the hotel had its own parking, in fact, the administrator muttered something unclear about parking-like there were no places or I didn't know....and sent us to park at a neighbor's house. Now about the number: we booked a 2-room room for 4 people. The room is on the 19th floor of a beautiful modern building, with many elevators and an electronic lock. The room itself is spacious, clean, modern renovation, but sooooo tacky: the taps are loose, the doors are crawling, the leatherette sofa is peeling, the mattress creaks like an old armored bed. A living room with a large dining table, around which there are 3! chairs, a small kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, tableware, but no cooking utensils, no pots or pans, but the receptionist brought everything upon request. The bedroom has a large bed, the children are on the sofa in the living room, the pastel linen is white satin, clean. The room has 2 bathrooms -liquid soap, shampoo, gel, toothbrush sets, slippers-everything is available, the plumbing is clean, the towels are snow-white, but only 2 small and 2 large for 4 people (more were brought on request) There is a small balcony with a view of a huge and beautiful mosque! Air conditioner 1-only in the living room. Another nuance that lowered my rating is that the room smells of cigarettes and dirty tulle that needs to be changed or at least washed. So: the location is excellent, the room cleaning is good, the service is also fast and responsive, but the room itself needs to be repaired, for this minus one star, and I was not pleased with the parking nuance.
