Not bad food, but the service is just awful. We sat together in the whole hall, the waiters went about their business, did not come to the table at all. To call, I had to shout (it was to shout, not to call loudly).
The invoice and the payment terminal were carried for 5 minutes. I repeat, this is in an empty hall.
Perhaps at other times of the day, when there are more visitors, the service is more attentive.

I came with problems replacing pedals and broken spokes. The pedals were sold to me new, but this is a reasonable decision, mine have been worn out for 5 years. The spoke was replaced. Good guys, pleasant to talk to.

You bring a bicycle, (Abaya 59) you hand it over for light repairs, you agree that you will pick it up in the morning. You emphasize the importance of the task and say that you are going to the bike park tomorrow.
You arrive in the morning, they tell you: the bike was not touched, xs what needed to be done with it, and in general today there is no specialist who took it to work! The curtain!
When asked how you can express a claim, you get an indifferent one: - go write on the website!
It is surprising to imagine what revenue the business owners did not receive because of such a service. Think 100 times before using the service @elitesport.kz
