Заказывали у них кухню - комплектующие привезли глубокой ночью, комплектность проверить не дали (да и не было возможности - полноценные заказ-наряд был только в одном экземпляре, чтобы заказчик не дай бог не собрал мебель бесплатно). В процессе сборки была выявлена пересортица, что ещё на несколько недель отсрочило завершение работ, но ни о какой компенсации не может быть и речь. Если нет собственной юридической службы (чтобы затаскать их по судам), не рекомендую обращаться - проблемней выйдет.
