Disgusting treatment of patients! I signed up through the Doc website.kz for an appointment with Solodilina I.N. The next day, I received a WhatsApp message that I didn't see - I was driving, with a child, in business. I didn't cancel the recording. However, without my confirmation, an employee of the medical center (who, according to her, is both an SMM specialist, the head and the owner of the clinic) arbitrarily canceled the appointment and sent the doctor home! We arrived with an elderly grandmother, but there was no doctor. No call, no notification. Just cancel. To the question "why?" - the answer: "We have such rules." I explained that I had recorded through a website that did not specify that it was necessary to confirm the recording via WhatsApp. If you are sending a message, please at least warn that the reception will be canceled without a response. But nothing like that was done. Bottom line: in this medical center, the patient is nobody, and the staff, in their opinion, is always right. No responsibility, no respect, no service. A very unpleasant aftertaste. I don't recommend it. This approach to people is unacceptable in the healthcare sector. Next, I also plan to file an official complaint.: -Minzdrav.kz – Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan -eGov.kz – electronic government of the Republic of Kazakhstan (section "Citizens' appeals") -To the Akimat or the State Consumer Protection Service - On Doc.kz — complaint about the clinic's profile And leave a public review of this inter-center everywhere: Google, 2GIS, Yandex Maps, Otzovik Maybe after that, the *Hostess* of the salon will take off her crown and start treating patients like a human being!!! It's a matter of principle!
