На сайте elka.bio купила Пихту Нордмана 12 декабря. 3 января ёлка была опутана паутинными клещами, в связи с чем елку пришлось выбросить со всем декором. На мой запрос о компенсации в фирму мне ничего не ответила, а при звонке в довольно грубой форме пояснили, что это ‘очень глупый запрос’ и ‘руководство сказало ничего на это не отвечать’. Так что будьте бдительны! Тут продаются зараженные деревья.
