I don't know what they did there for 10 minutes, but the spiky hair on the white background and on the forehead remained, + they also added gray to the hair. There is also a terrible quality of passport photo printing. If you compare it with other photos, the difference is obvious. I would also like to add that the final version will not be shown to you. They'll just tell you it's ready and take it away. I do not recommend this copy center, 9p went to waste and had to be redone elsewhere.
