We went to Georgia "Batumi" This is the worst travel agency we've ever used! I CATEGORICALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THE SERVICES OF THIS SHARASHKIN'S OFFICE, then I will try to argue. 1. It was beautifully painted on the site what a gorgeous tour and what conditions they offer, and after calling the tour agency, I got the impression that it was not a tour but a fairy tale. We arrive, purchase, conclude contracts, "there are no obligations in them " except I have to pay, they have to accept payment, the rest is water " it's your own fault, signed and let's go" Everything happens in life, so I strongly recommend that you demand a receipt for payment, or let me write a receipt with a passport on your contract that such and such a person accepted so much!! This is your safety! . 2. As soon as we got on the bus, the "escort", Irina Semizhen, seemed to be drunk to hell on our face, she began to tell us that at the Russian-Georgian border we would need to pay off decent amounts so as not to stand in queues, let's go through it okay . 3. Until the moment of collecting money, everyone was as positive as possible and so on, after, hahahaha, it's just terrible, our bus broke down "it doesn't happen to anyone" it was 30km from Minsk, 50 minutes, something went on and on, near Rostov we already broke down completely and were stuck there for 8 hours, on the street in the dust, without any conditions, although there was an opportunity to organize them, but this is helladatur! 4. Repaired, let's move on. Of course, fairy tales about Wi-Fi are everywhere and always, nonsense, it does not exist, and there will be no "no money said." By the way, about comfortable bus travel and so on!! The conder is only fuming at night, everyone was sweating during the day, nothing helps with hatches, the bus outlived its usefulness 40 years ago. 5. we reached the city of Nevinnomyssk for a night there, arrived at 3 a.m., Irina said at 11 a.m. everyone was in the lobby, as a result, everyone gathered, and they got out of the room only at 14.00 At that time, the bus was at the service station, and we don't have any information, we stood on the streets with suitcases like homeless people until 9 pm!!!!!!!!!!! On the street !!! For all our indignation, they send "far and for a long time" that Irina, that Valentina, 6. At night we got on the bus, went, at this moment, no matter how it sounded, Valentina or someone from their lfisa started calling the parents of all those who are outraged, and they say that we got drunk and attacked people, of course this did not happen, but more on that later. 7. we lost a whole day at sea due to a breakdown, we were not compensated for anything, just rest for 1 day less, + we left not as agreed at 21.00 on the last day, but at 18.00 8. No respect, the accompanying absolutely does not correspond to the position, there was no excursion on the way there, along the way there were 6 hours together, of which 4 hours to walk freely in Tbilisi, we were on a 1.5 hour excursion at 02.00!!!! At two in the morning, think about it!!! They stop under the road only where they are fed for free! For tourists there are terribly high prices !!! 9. If you are offered to stop at the market on the way back to buy cheap fruits, watermelons, etc!!! Be vigilant, if the weight of the melon is 3 kg, then it will be 5 kg for you, and this is not a joke, BUT! for DRIVERS AND THOSE who are WAITING!, for the fact that they bring 50 people, it is +/- free!, two tips, do not buy before them, but stand with them and take at the same time, the price the difference is 4 times !!!, and reweigh 2 times, " not where you took it, but better if you set a goal to pack up, take a pair of scarlet scales!!! I did not take it myself, since this scheme is familiar, but many were fooled!! . In general, they only need your money" there is no such thing as how much I paid and received, they took it quite expensive!! We did not live in the hotel, well, I think everywhere you can read how people were fed there, with the all-inclusive function!🤣 . I hope you don't get into such a wonderful vacation!!!
