Let's start from the beginning, I was late for a couple of minutes, the receptionist called asking where I was, apologized and said I got a little lost and was already approaching. I enter - we issue the documents and then it turns out that the doctor is still busy, waiting for 20 minutes, no one apologized and did not voice anything at all. Well, it happens. According to the diagnosis, the most interesting thing is here. What should be:

Before starting the diagnosis, the specialist removes decorative cosmetics so that the data is as accurate as possible

After processing the data, the specialist explains in detail the information received and selects the optimal program to achieve the desired result.
After the procedure, there are a number of questions, because everything is simply read off from the indicators and no more. The question is if I can't do this, in response, well, it's like this. The constant answer is the most favorite - well, everyone gets older, and it is underlined in every sentence. The question is, why did I come to you? I was thinking about solving issues, not stating what I saw on the monitor.
But the most interesting thing is when they are immersed in the skin and the indicator is given by oily skin, there is a shock because this is the main problem that it is dry. The doctor answers - maybe a cream on the face, I suggested let's wash up, in response - the cash register is closing and so on. That's the end of any recommendations, they sent me the information by email, sort it out. I opened it and was shocked, there was not enough moisture for the condition, but in the end, the skin was oily.

Please, if this service works for you, then the person should be trained and be able to answer any questions, and not talk, well, with age. What are the solutions and how to fix it further and, if something is approved, check it accordingly, I do not think that the problem is that the cash register is closing, but the problem is that there is zero confidence in what has been announced.
As a result, it's a pity of time.

I was very disappointed with this medical center.The attitude is terrible, I will not say anything about the consultation at all.
I definitely won't recommend it to my family.

В целом само помещение понравилось. В зоне ожидания играет лёгкая ненавязчивая музыка со звуками природы. Все достаточно чисто и аккуратно. Вежливые сотрудницы на ресепшн.
Но, разочаровал врач-гинеколог. Время ожидания приема составило 20! минут. Это изрядно испортило настроение. Я ведь плачу деньги, чтобы не сидеть и не ждать столько. А с учётом моей пунктуальности, я прихожу всегда заранее, чтобы не задерживать других и на случай форс мажоров - время ожидания возрасло ещё больше. Плюс врач оказалась весьма немногословный. Мало что объясняла.
В следующий раз выберу другой медцентр(

Возил маму в данный центр несколько раз к кардиологу и к урологу. В общей сложности посещали центр около 10 раз. Всё нравится и всё устраивает. Персонал вежливый, культурный и доброжелательный. К клиентам персонал и специалисты относятся очень хорошо, в отличии от поликлинник. Время ожидания в данном центре отсутствует от слова совсем, так как приезжали несколько раз заранее (за пол часа и более) и всегда принимали специалисты почти сразу, несмотря на то, что мы приехали не ко времени записи. Отдельные и особые слова благодарности хочется выразить Врачу-кардиологу, профессору, доктору медицинских наук Пристром Андрею Марьяновичу и Врачу урологу Прадхан Сиддхартх за их Проффесионализм, чуткость, внимательность и Человечность, за добрые и порядочные качества Специалиста. Дай БОГ всем работникам и руководству данного центра крепкого здоровья и удачи во всём! В последующем обязательно будем обращаться в этот центр и другим клиентам рекомендую это!!!

Была на лазерной эпиляции у Юлии. Понравилось! Комфортно, безопасно, вежливо, деликатно и главное, тщательно прошлась лазером везде. Еще с Юлией приятно поболтать. Планирую прийти снова.
Так же была на консультации у косметолога Хоровой Светланы. Не подходит мне такое отношение. Сложилось впечатление, что врач не заинтересованна помогать. Просто перечислила процедуры с кратко описала их действие. Я ждала объяснений, перечня плюсов-минусов, последствий, как процедуры влияют на кожу в положительном и негативном смысле, каких результатов ждать. А получида консультацию в духе: вам надо "так", а "эдак" не надо без подробностей. Получила рекоммендации принимать витамины. И чтобы понять зачем, почему, что это даст и как работает, Светлану пришлось допрашивать)

I really like this center, I often go there, but today there is an unpleasant aftertaste. I signed up for the heleo procedure, studied the price list for this procedure (the price was for the month of September), perhaps it has already changed, but! Prices indicate the number of minutes under the lamp, in principle, which is what I was counting on (10 min -60 r, 20 min-120 r, etc.). I wanted to start with 10 minutes, try, well, and accordingly I counted on the amount of 60 rubles, well, maybe a little more, if prices have increased since September. In the office, they told me to lie down for 20 minutes better under the lamps, because there is no sense from 10, OK, I agreed), that is, according to the price it is about 120 rubles. As a result, at the checkout they tell me 245 rubles ((( This is the price per hour! The price list did not indicate that the cost of the entire procedure also includes a mask with which you lie for 20 minutes, which means plus some other cost. In general, I did not sign up for this procedure anymore, because I did not understand these prices, the price does not correspond to reality. I was counting on one price, the output is 4 times more expensive💁♀️

Я всем рекомендую посещения врачей и медицинских специалистов центра Элар. Была на приеме массаж Icoone у специалиста Татьяны Шагойко. Могу сказать, что действительно уменьшаются обьемы тела и это можно увидеть уже после первого сеанса. Качество кожи меняется на глазах, исчезают растяжки, уходят отеки поскольку идет работы с лимфодренадной системой. Также я была у прекрасного доктора Алексеенко Юлии и уже не в первый раз! Были проведены процедуры биоревитализации и уколы гилауроновой кислоты. Ее руки настолько божественны , что после каждой процедуры мое лицо выглядит на 10 лет моложе! В медцентре Элар я делаю процедуру лазерной эпиляции и аппаратный массаж айкун. Все это делает опытный, профессиональный врач. Мне очень нравится как процедуры так и внимание и опыт врача. Нравится то что все очень подробно объяснили, показали, очень классные , современные аппараты и главное безболезненно, а на массаже айкун даже весело. Спасибо Вам Анна за профессионализм и внимание к пациенту. А также хочу отметить уютный, красивый, удобный холл для ожидания. Мы ещё придём и не раз. Спасибо.
