I bought a product manufactured by this company, which was sold to me as a premium, but to my disappointment, the quality of the product leaves much to be desired. I believe that the company deliberately sells low-quality goods, disguising them as premium products in order to unfairly inflate the price. The most annoying thing is that the price of the ELMA product is twice the price of premium products of the Swedish brand ZEWA in Russia and the CIS countries, and the quality is much worse. The packaging was beautiful, but the product itself turned out to be cheap and did not match the stated characteristics in any way. I am very disappointed with the purchase and cannot recommend this product to anyone. Having contacted the company's hotline with a claim, they promised to sort it out and give a feedback within a couple of days, but I did not receive any feedback. This is even more disappointing and gives a clear understanding that the situation will not change in any way. I think a company should be honest with its customers and sell products with a clear description and appropriate quality. Be careful before buying the products of this company. In turn, I have to look for alternative solutions.
