But when I entered the Elmax salon, just out of desperation, I met Jeanne, with whom we found a common language from the very first minutes of the conversation! She is very sociable, attentive, pleasant, and accommodating! As a result, we took two versions of the beds on display as a sample, the headboard from one, the headboard from the other, according to individual preference, Zhanna was able to help make non-standard beds for me, offered a very cool, beautiful paneling, which is very rare in Minsk, and the color is very relevant! So I got my own, individual bed, which I needed, and which no one else has! She even made me the sizes that would fit me! Regarding the comment above, that you need to keep your ears sharp with Jeanne, I completely refute! A kind-hearted person, very attentive and considerate! Even after placing the order, I had a lot of questions about the upholstery, I couldn't decide on the color, then on the legs of the bed, but Jeanne explained everything to me, gave arguments and told me what would be best! As a result, I decided to trust her completely, and I did not lose! Everything she told me looks amazing, fashionable and stylish! Since my bed is not standard, Jeanne called me and said that the headboard would have to be made higher, otherwise the lifting mechanism would not work properly, and I did not need a large headboard! But I trusted her again, and I didn't lose again! When I came home and saw the bed, it was gorgeous, gorgeous, something beautiful and rich! And all this is thanks to this wonderful man named Jeanne! And she also picked up the Mattress for me for her own reasons, and then she got 100% comfortable in it! The mattress from the Elmax company, on the advice of Jeanne, is gorgeous! I can't imagine any other one anymore! Half a year has passed, the Lifting mechanism flew by the bed, it happens! I called Jeanne, told her the situation, and she began to solve it very quickly and efficiently! It was very nice that they didn't try to push my problem onto anything or anyone, but simply began to solve it, and this already speaks to the seriousness and authority of the Elmax company and their representative! Jeanne, as always, was open and disposed to pleasant communication! In general, many thanks to everyone, both the Elmax company itself and their consultants, especially Jeanne, for a good, high-quality product, and attentive attitude towards their clients! If the children need beds, then only to Elmax and specifically to Zhanna! The only thing I would advise the company to do is assemble the bed for free, since it only costs a couple of bolts, and it costs 100 rubles! I mean, the bed doesn't come cheap on its own, but plus the assembly, it hits your pocket a little) As it is, everything is just wonderful! Thank you all! And yes, I would ask the management on behalf of me and my family, as customers, to reward Zhanna for her well-coordinated, high-quality, responsible work!
