I am not a competent administrator, I called, I don't really know anything, I received answers to questions only through WhatsApp, I clarified if there is a cosmetologist, is there a certified specialist?she asked if there was a certificate of completion of training on their device ?(apparently not)I was assured that yes, they sent me a nursing diploma. On the website, everyone only has certificates of retraining or certificates of completion of the course No one has a higher medical education as a doctor, so no specialist has the right to do most of the procedures provided in this institution, after asking specific questions, I was blocked and all messages were deleted 😂 Customer orientation 0 The quality of the services provided is questionable I do not recommend this place for hardware cosmetology and injections, as in case of complications it will be your problem and your trouble. Chemical peels are the same, so facial cleansing, masks can be done. This review is my personal opinion and impression.

To begin with, in addition to the cosmetologist, there was another girl in the office who was not introduced. If this is a student, this should be reported in advance. The cosmetologist collected medical history in front of an outsider, which is unethical. It is more interesting why the medical history was collected at all, if the cosmetologist could not explain the relationship. She just said, uh, mmmm, well, you have no contraindications, you can do the procedures. What are you talking about?I already know that, thank you very much. There was no examination as such, I was sitting on a chair, the cosmetologist just stood over me and looked at my face, and a silent girl was watching us from the side)))) I've been to cosmetologists many times and I know how the appointment should go. They also asked questions unrelated to my problem, which are not within the competence of this "specialist", because Veronika is not a doctor. Veronica asked about my home care and prescribed an additional remedy, without warning that it could not be used with some of my remedies. If I hadn't clarified this point, she wouldn't have bothered to warn me. She answered all the questions vaguely. At the end of the consultation, she recommended the products presented in the salon. She did not offer any alternatives, which is usually done by professional cosmetologists. I did not explain how the procedure I am interested in goes, how to prepare for it. The icing on the cake: they asked for an advance payment in the amount of the full cost of the consultation. I was surprised, but I did. Now I understand why the prepayment is full, not partial) In general, it's a disgrace, avoid this place.
