Today, March 29, 2025, is a significant day for me – the wonderful Sunset Apartment Hotel has opened its doors! This is the result of a long, painstaking work, and I am truly proud to be a part of this project. First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to the company's management for their professionalism, foresight and well-coordinated work. Without your expertise, determination, and ability to bring bold ideas to life, the project would not have become a reality. Special thanks to each member of the ELT building team – builders, designers, managers, administrators and everyone who invested their strength, time and soul. Your work is the foundation upon which success stands. It is a great honor for me to be among the owners of this project. I believe that the investment will become a favorite place for guests, a space where comfort, coziness and a high level of service reign.

I took apartments in the construction site in installments, there was a delay because swift was stuck, I explained to the employee on the phone that if the money did not arrive in the near future, I could fly in person and deposit in cash, they replied that it was good, and terminated the contract... I do not recommend it

the maintenance company in the finished house is not coping with the maintenance. My balcony door handle is broken and it can't be replaced for the second month now.

The developer delays the delivery of the building for a year, does not want to pay interest for overdue deadlines, but if the payment for the apartment is in arrears for only one month, he threatens to break the contract and keep the apartment for himself...
