I read the reviews, I thought it would be bad. However, everything went off without a hitch. I made an appointment online, and it was almost a week later. He came, announced that he was here, they said they would call him at the right time. That's how it turned out. I went through, took the ticket, and was immediately called to a specialist. Everything was solved instantly, efficiently, and all questions were answered competently, even if not in my case. The woman at the checkout helps everyone to pay quickly at the terminal in cash. There are benches with a canopy on the street in case of bad weather, for about twenty people. Anyway, fuck knows, maybe I was just lucky, but all the people solved their questions just as quickly. So that's a solid 5 points. The toad only suffocates, of course, that all this is paid for and generally not cheap, but the issue has been clearly resolved. I lost my passport, and the embassy says come with a photocopy of your passport, the 2nd photo, and 2 adult witnesses, citizens of the Russian Federation, to confirm your citizenship. But where do you get them when you're there with your spouse and minor child? This is half the trouble, upon returning to the Russian Federation, the police (the guys are well done, they work perfectly) reported that the passport was found and it would be handed over to the Russian Embassy, since I had already left the Republic of Belarus. Further, when contacting the embassy, they say, come with the documents, take your passport. They don't send anything to Russia. Communicating with employees takes place in indifference and complete indifference to your problems, as well as by hanging up the phone if they don't like something when communicating. It's a terrible place, at our expense. God forbid to deal with them.
