The consulate is small and located in the old town. We arrived with the whole family after the theft of documents and belongings. They helped us. Special thanks to the diplomat Svetlana Belobrova. A beautiful woman, she was sensitive to our problem and did everything in her power. She quickly helped to arrange the exit documents. We felt like we were at home in a foreign country, where someone really cares. Thank you very much!!!

The visa application center at the consulate for visa processing sends you to another center, an appointment by e-mail through a third organization. To get an answer to your question, they tell you that they will send a request and call you back. A day passes, and in response, silence. The consulate, in response to the complaint, refers you to this latter organization, claiming that they have all the information. Those in response claim that they simply answer calls and send out requests, they themselves do not know anything. A kind of pingpong, no one knows anything and is not responsible for anything.

This is the center of the Old Town. The most interesting thing in Tallinn is the Old Town. In summer, you can relax by the sea. White sand, clean. The sea is cool, but the Russians and the cool water are fine!
