But as for me, it makes no sense, since you won't decide anything in a day anyway and you'll still go first-come, first-served. It's pointless to call to find out something, no one has picked up the phone in 2 months of calls. But someone managed to get through. It's better to come on Thu-Fri. Most often, there are fewer people at this time, and they come with quick questions. And as if the employees themselves are working faster, since the working day is short) So Thu-Fri are great days. But there is a risk of not being in time, of course. I personally came for the first time on Tuesday, stood all day and didn't have time for anything at all. Those who are from Gyumri need to leave on the morning flight at 7:00 to Yerevan, otherwise it is almost pointless to go. If there is not much money, it is better to settle in Hrazdan. It's faster to get from there. It is unpleasant to get from Gyumri. The employees themselves are adequate if they are treated adequately. But, unfortunately, not everyone understands this and sometimes employees are provoked by the citizens themselves in the morning and, therefore, they are evil.
